Wiedereinstieg nach Laufpause | RUNNER’S WORLD
Früher oder später wird jede*r von einer Erkältung, Verletzung oder Ähnlichem vorübergehend zu einer Laufpause gezwungen. Ein Wiedereinstieg kann mit viel Spaß verbunden sein, da das Heranbringen an die frühere Form motivieren kann. Dabei ist aber von besonderer Bedeutung, dass der Einstieg angemessen und ohne Überforderung mit erhöhter Überlastungsgefahr erfolgt. Zu den Grundregeln zählen:
- Zunächst noch kein Wettkampfstress,
- teils Gehen statt Laufen bei den ersten Trainingseinheiten und
- eine Testeinheit zur Erfahrung bzw. Einordnung insbesondere des (neuen) Wohlfühltempos.

- Set a New Morning Routine – How you start your mornings dictate how you day will be. When you start your day with positivity, you’re more likely to attract positive outcomes throughout the day.
- Commit to Eat Healthier – Try to incorporate more vegetables into your diet and replace processed foods with whole foods. Make eating healthy fun by trying out new recipes and sharing with your loved ones.
- Monetize Your Passion – Make it your mission to turn that hobby of yours into a business. There’s always a market for talented people and products. All is takes is the courage to take the first step.

The Vassilios wreck lies southwest of the Croatian island of Vis in the southern part of the Komiža Bay and at a depth of 22-55 m. On 19 March 1939 the ship’s rudder malfunctioned and the Vassilios foundered and subsequently sank. Some storys tell that the sailors sank her, so the ship’s owner could file for insurance money. This was common practice in those times. The ship was loaded with coal and on the way for Venice. With the length of 105 m the giant now rests on the sandy seabed on her port side. The best spot to anchor is by the lighthouse at Pt. Stupišće, followed by a descent to the wreck at 20. There are many sponges and diverse marine life at the wreck. The dive can be easily finished at the shallow regions near the shore.

The wreck Fortunal lies about 4.5 nm away from the harbor of city Vis, northwest of the croatian island Vis. On April 10, 1997, Fortunal was coming back from fishing to the port of Vis. The story says the crew fell asleep and the ship running by autopilot unexpectedly hit island Vis and sank immediately.
The wreck lies on a sandy bottom and is slightly skewed to the left side. The highest point is at the depth of 37 m. Due to the relatively young age of the wreck, the wooden structure has not yet been severely damaged. The length of the boat is less than 20 m.
Usually diving conditions are good with no strong current. Due to the depth diving conditions are medium and depth experience is necessary. The dive can be comfortabely finished in shallow water. At the depth of about 6m there is a nice cave with a narrow entrance.
