Das Thema -Dehnen oder nicht- verfolge ich seit mehreren Jahrzehnten u.a. im Handball, Laufsport und Functional Fitness. Ich fühle mich beim bzw. nach dem Dehnen gut. Insbesondere nach langen Läufen verspüre ich eine bessere Regeneration bzw. glaube daran.
